• You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.

• To be eligible for a return, Glasses must be returned in their original and unmodified condition in their original boxes and paperwork. Our return policy does not cover damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or improper care.

• We continuously monitor return activities to prevent abuse.

Free Return Shipping

• We offer free return shipping on all eligible items.

• Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label to make the process easy and cost-free.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our customer support team at allankeritems@gmail.com.

2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).

3. We’ll review your request and send you a prepaid USPS shipping label.

4. Package your item securely and drop at nearest USPS Location. 

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned glasses to make sure they are original and unmodified condition in their original boxes and paperwork. Our return policy does not cover damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or improper care.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
